About this house rental
House located just minutes from Lee University. Large master bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and additional bathroom on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and well appointed. The living room TV has Roku access provided for streaming with your account access. Kitchen contains all necessary dishes and appliances including a dish washer. A washer and dryer is also available. Towels and bedding are provided.

ice maker not working but there was a small bag of ice in the freezerIt would be very helpful to have written directions for use of the TV/Streaming and 2) directions how to adjust the thermostat in kitchen. We managed to adjust but it would have been nice to have steps listed.2nd floor middle room, mattress is not comfortableThanks
