For your safety and security, this home uses Exterior Surveillance Cameras, front door, driveway, sides, pool/back area, and inside the garage. Your safety is priority.
THINGS TO NOTE
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (10) at any time. Guests must select the correct number of people staying when making the reservation. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. Please note that children under the age of 3 are not counted toward the maximum occupancy; however, we do require that management is informed of the total number of guests.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can potentially receive an exemption during bike week, but management must be notified for approval.
Pets: NO pets allowed. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Pool: This is an outdoor, uncovered pool, so some debris may naturally accumulate between service visits. A pool skimmer net is provided for guest use.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Our lacrosse team was in the area for a tournament and I was looking for a large space to hold an entire lacrosse team where they wouldn't be on top of each other. This house was perfect! It offered several rooms and the ability to fit a group of girls in each room and the house was large enough that everyone still had enough space to spread out if they needed it or hang out as a group.
The girls loved the pool table and it got plenty of use! The zen space was a hit for those that needed some quiet time and they loved the pool to escape the heat.
Beautiful house and would certainly book again for the next time we are in the area!
