Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (10) at any time. Guests must select the correct number of people staying when making the reservation. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. Please note, children under the age of 3 are not included in the maximum occupancy count.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles.
Pets: NO pets allowed. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Our lacrosse team was in the area for a tournament and I was looking for a large space to hold an entire lacrosse team where they wouldn't be on top of each other. This house was perfect! It offered several rooms and the ability to fit a group of girls in each room and the house was large enough that everyone still had enough space to spread out if they needed it or hang out as a group.
The girls loved the pool table and it got plenty of use! The zen space was a hit for those that needed some quiet time and they loved the pool to escape the heat.
Beautiful house and would certainly book again for the next time we are in the area!
