Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).
• Washcloths are not provided.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.
• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.

This property is amazing. The pictures look exactly the same . The location was perfect close to food, shopping, and entertainment. My Ubers wasn’t over 10. The view is spectacular! I will definitely stay here when I visit Miami again

Wonderful property! Everything is exactly the way it looks on the pictures. Very clean, spacious and with breathtaking views of Brickell. Be cautious of wait time for elevators & parking garage. Would be best to drive a standard size vehicle or smaller. Other than that, we were absolutely pleased with this property!!!
