Just 3 minutes from Downtown and 10 minutes from Miami Beach. Enjoy the comforts of staying in a house, while you can go to the best restaurants, shopping centers, beaches and much more in Miami. Fl. If you are coming for work, the Brickell and Downton Miami offices will not be a problem with traffic time for your meeting. This place has a strategic location: it will be very easy to plan your visit! The house has 3 full bedrooms plus a den with a single bed.

The house is made up of a master bedroom on the first floor and a full bathroom. Adjacent to the living room, a fourth den-style study with a folding door is shared. On the second floor there will be two bedrooms, one with two mattresses on the bunk bed and another room with a queen bed. They both share a full Jack and Jill style bathroom.

This is a roomy, clean, comfortable property. The area is centrally located and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable, rooms are large, parking is on a gated driveway and all appliances work well. The landlord was very helpful. The house is close to the road but we were not bothered by traffic noise.
