Just 3 minutes from Downtown and 10 minutes from Miami Beach. Enjoy the comforts of staying in a house, while you can go to the best restaurants, shopping centers, beaches and much more in Miami. Fl. If you are coming for work, the Brickell and Downton Miami offices will not be a problem with traffic time for your meeting. This place has a strategic location: it will be very easy to plan your visit! The house has 3 full bedrooms plus a den with a single bed.

The house is made up of a master bedroom on the first floor and a full bathroom. Adjacent to the living room, a fourth den-style study with a folding door is shared. On the second floor there will be two bedrooms, one with two mattresses on the bunk bed and another room with a queen bed. They both share a full Jack and Jill style bathroom.

Second stay at this property. Very convenient location to downtown Miami and Brickell area. Comfortable home with well equipped kitchen. Property is showing some minor wear and tear which needs attention from the owner. Owner requires purchase of damage insurance. Overall, nice rental property in a convenient location.

Enjoyed our stay in this 3BR 2BA house very close to Brickell area in Miami. House was clean and well equipped. Main floor master has king sized bed; 2 upstairs BR have 1 queen and 2 twin bunk beds respectively. There was also a den with a trundle bed off the living room. Great place for families.
