מיקום מרכזי מאד, מרחק הליכה ממסעדות טובות, כל האזור כייפי, ממש כמה פסיעות מקניון גדול שגם בו היו מסעדות בין היתר, הרגשנו בטוח לטייל שם עד מאוחר , מרפסת נהדרת, חנייה מצויינת חינם, מחיר טוב מאד , פקידת הקבלה שקיבלה אותנו היתה מצויינת , נחמדה ושרותית - גם שאר פקידי הקבלה היו מאד שרותיים , יש בדירה מטבח מאובזר מאד מאד למי שצריך ורוצה לבשל ,
הנקיון לא היה לשביעות רצוני, אני באופן אישי מעדיפה מלונות ממש עם נקיון של מלון ולא דירות- זו היתה טעות שלי , פשוט לא שמתי לב שמדובר במלון דירות ולא במלון ממש . הדירה די ישנה ובזמן שהיינו היה רעש מחדרים אחרים אולי זה מיקרי .

The location is ideal, right in the heart of Brickell, making it very easy to get around. The apartment is thoughtfully designed, with many small details that make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
Sandra was exceptional — always available and very responsive, with almost immediate replies to every message. This really contributed to a smooth and stress-free stay.
Just a small tip to note: around 11 a.m., there can sometimes be a bit of a wait for the elevators, as many guests are checking out at the same time. Nothing inconvenient, just the normal check-out flow.
Aside from that, everything was perfect. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

We loved this property, it’s right in the heart of Brickell where you will find so many bars and restaurants. The staff at reception are kind, warm and lovely to deal with. The apartment is what I would call a city sized apartment which was perfect for our needs.
Amazing value for money 💰 and highly recommended!

location of property was good, as it was easy walking distance to transport and view from room was great.
the bed, it squeezed and was so uncomfortable. also needs new pillows. interior of apartment needs updating and owner needs to provide instructions on how to use aircon. also apartment does not have spa bath, just normal shower over bath and there is no washer or dryer in apartment.
