About this apartment rental
Summary:
★Please note: Building registration is required prior to arrival. I will need the ID of the first guest checking in, the primary guest’s email address and the full names of all additional guests for check in approval.
★Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may face difficulty.
Everything is walking distance from this apartment! You can do anything from shopping, quiet dinner or crazy night. Beautiful sunrises from the terrace.
The Space:
You will love this huge apartment in a luxury high rise facing the bay in the middle of Brickell. The unit is spacious enough for 04 people.
In some cases we can accommodate special check in/ check out times.
Enjoy the condo amenities such as two pools (one heated), hot tub, gym, game room with ping pong table, among others.

➜ The master bedroom has a king bed and private access to the bathroom and laptop area.
➜ The living room is spacious enough to comfortably open the queen-sized CordaRoy sofa bed if needed. Full dining table with six seats and a huge balcony with hammocks, bar, and stools to spend moments you will never forget.
➜ The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils you may need. Additionally, we provide coffee, tea, sugar, oil and more.
➜ Includes one assigned parking spot.
Guest Access:
➤ All building amenities like pools, hot tub, gym, game room, and kids' playground are open and available to Airbnb guests. Pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7am and closes at 6pm.
➤ We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.
➤ Includes one assigned parking spot. Please note that although there is one parking spot, parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

Safe neighborhood at all times. Vibrant city with things to offer for all tastes.
Getting Around:
Free trolley, free mover and metro rail are walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.
➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay.
➤ Please note that for one night stays there is an extra charge of USD 50 to register you at the front desk. For all other stays, we cover this charge so it is complimentary for you.
➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the lead traveler, and that the guests will follow the building rules
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Packages and mail :
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.

Pretty high rise apartment in a beautiful area. The parking is a bit chaotic. Unfortunately the key/fob didn’t work properly for the floor the apartment was on. Had to go to lobby for assistance.
Everyone we spoke to and emailed were very nice and helpful
I give the entire experience a 7 out if 10
