Villa Molins is located just 400 meters from the sandy beach "Els Molins" in Dénia.
It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.
The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

En definitiva la casa en sí está bastante bien, con una piscina perfecta para pasártelo bien, lo único para los q tenemos problemas de cadera la escalera preferiría de obra.
Entorno tranquilo a poca distancia de la playa y con restaurantes cerca.
Una barandilla en la pared para la escalera vendría muy bien.
El césped o cuidarlo mejor o ponerlo artificial.
Los mosquitos no los podéis quitar…..
