Villa Molins is located just 400 meters from the sandy beach "Els Molins" in Dénia.
It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.
The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
The villa's excellent location means that all destinations are within easy reach, both the beach which you can access on foot, as well as other towns and villages.
The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Denia a favorite spot for families. Kids have plenty of room to play in the sand at their leisure, while the shallow waters make them safe for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. You can also relax with a drink at the chiringuito and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa y la piscina, un lugar muy agradable muy cerca del mar. Y el servicio de la empresa btb muy buena.
No nos ha gustado que el servicio de limpieza entró en la casa a las 9 y 25 cuando debíamos irnos s las 10. Entraron en la casa sin autorización y nos pareció inadecuado. Quizás la cafetera podría ser mejor. Por lo demás es totalmente recomendable y nos gustará repetir.

El cuidado de la piscina y el jardín.
Mejorar la falta de cortinas opacas en la habitación de arriba, que no dejen pasar la luz.
Y mejorar un poco la entrada con el coche en las casas que se pueden aparcar dentro. A parte de mejorar el camino de tierra, para entrar con el coche seria adecuado poner un poco de rampa.
