Villa Molins is located just 400 meters from the sandy beach "Els Molins" in Dénia.
It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.
The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
The villa's excellent location means that all destinations are within easy reach, both the beach which you can access on foot, as well as other towns and villages.
The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Denia a favorite spot for families. Kids have plenty of room to play in the sand at their leisure, while the shallow waters make them safe for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. You can also relax with a drink at the chiringuito and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Avoid to force guests to go to Ondara to collect and deliver the keys.

La situación es excelente y el chalet es acogedor y muy agradable.
Todo se puede mejorar, pero haría incapié en parte de la vajilla, como el estado de sartenes, cafeteras, ...que no están muy adecuadas al estilo de la casa y convendría supervisar mejor.
