Perfect for couples or small groups, Kidd Carriage House is a flawless flat with a luxurious, beachy flair. Located behind Kidd Cottage and near the Cabana swimming pool and downtown Rosemary Beach, this posh apartment home also keeps you close to the sparkling white sandy beaches. With a Queen-size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area, there’s room for four at Kidd Carriage House.
The main level of Kidd Carriage House is located one flight up. Take the cobblestone path and lighted stairway up to the second level, where the front door opens into the bright and elegant GREAT ROOM. The LIVING AREA boasts a serene and calming blue and white palate, with a slip-covered sleeper sofa, two armchairs, a tufted ottoman/coffee table, and a large HDTV. The vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams add a lovely feeling of spaciousness to this adorable space.
Next to the living area is a FULL KITCHEN, with a central island that has seating for four— ideal for dining in or creating an impromptu workspace. Also on the island is a convenient under-counter refrigerator and a separate deep freezer in the garage, so there’s plenty of cold storage space. The full kitchen also includes a dishwasher, a gas range, and a deep, modern farmhouse sink. Over the island are three gorgeous pendant lights that perfectly illuminate the space.
In the plush GUEST BEDROOM, a queen-size bed is flanked by two convenient closet spaces. This private oasis is ideal for recharging after a day filled with beachy adventures and also houses a large HDTV for a lazy Netflix binge from bed. In the FULL BATHROOM, you’ll find a spa-like tiled shower with a glass door and a roomy marble-topped vanity. There’s also a full-size stacked washer and dryer.
Tucked within the picturesque coastal community of Inlet Beach, you’ll love the central location that keeps you close to everything. When you’re in the mood to catch some sun by the pool, the gorgeous Rosemary Beach community swimming pool is right around the corner. And when it’s time to sink your toes into the sand, the beach access points are a short walk or bike ride from your door.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The home was beautiful, gorgeously decorated, and in a perfect location. It felt inviting and pretty tidy overall, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip.One small suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror and perhaps improve the bathroom lighting, as both would make getting ready a bit easier.That said, those are minor details compared to how lovely the space was. Overall, it’s a gorgeous rental, thoughtfully designed, and I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for an anniversary weekend with our 2 year old and it was a blast! The bicycles that were included was really nice to have. The area was quiet and it was a plus being within steps from a pool! Definitely will stay again!

The accommodations were at first sight lovely except for a raised step platform we had to climb up and down (3 steps each way) to use the bathroom and bedroom. ??? We are an older couple and would have appreciated a heads up on this. The fridge and freeze were 1/2 size which was challenging at times.We lost hot water. The management responded wonderfully to this and it was restored by a plumber later in the day.The fridge door did not close/open easily (wooden frame in the way) nor did the doors to the washer and dryer.Areas needed updating… particularly around the bathroom and kitchen faucets/countertops. Evidence of a lot of ware and tear. Veneer coming off the bedroom dresser and drawers were hard to open.No Kleenex, no salt and pepper, no foodstuff amenities like small amount of oil, sugar, pods for the kureig. These are inexpensive offerings.We came from a stay in St Augustine where we had a 1bedroom with amazing attention to detail. Very generous on all counts at half the price. I realize we paid for the Rosemary Beach location and should cost more. It was a beautiful area.
