The location of this condo is wonderful! Close to everything you need. We didn’t rent a car and was able to walk to most places. You can order an uber very quickly also as we went to Seaside for the day. The condo had everything we needed except beach towels so I am happy we brought two of our own.

The place was clean and comfortable. We liked the location but think it would be nice if the tram took you to other beaches.

Condo was very nice and in great location. But we were disappointed that we could not use the Seacrest Community Lagoon pool. The Villages pool was small and very crowded most days. We were shocked when we went to the beach and how all the people were jammed together in one area. Tons of rental beach service chairs set up taking prime beach real estate with no one using them. The beach was gorgeous just too crowded. Additionally things that we accustomed to rental providing like shampoo and enough toilet paper were not available. 30 A pretty area but we won't be coming back anytime soon.
