Located on the top floor and quiet end unit, let us welcome you to The Stafford Villa! Upon entering, the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico will draw you to the private balcony which overlooks the Village lawn. Settle into the comfortable living area with plenty of seating and a large smart TV. The updated kitchen with granite and stainless will make you feel at home with all the creature comforts you expect, and our ample dining table seats 6 comfortably with 4 extra seats at the breakfast counter.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with lush linens, new bedroom furniture, private balcony access, a large closet with built-ins for your precious belongings, a spacious en suite bath, and a TV. The large en suite bath offers a double vanity, jetted tub, and standing shower.

Wow. Outstanding location and view on the fourth floor. Could see the water and watch the sunset in the evening. Spacious unit that was nicely furnished. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

The condo was in an excellent location. Top floor was great, that way we couldn’t hear people above us. Kitchen had great cookware and lots of dishes, cups and silverware. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this partiuclar unit and both times were wonderful. It's clean, spacious, with a well stocked kitchen. Location is fantastic to the beach and pool, along with restraunts. Communication with management was also fantastic - we had one very small issue with overhead lights, but they had someone out very quickly to fix the issue and were very responsive.
