Village of South Walton Beach is a coveted family favorite located on the east end of scenic highway 30A in Seacrest Beach. This premium location is conveniently nestled between prestigious Rosemary and Alys Beach.
The Newcastle (unit B323) has recently been remodeled and updated with luxurious new furnishing and stylish accents. The 12-foot ceilings and COVERED balcony, overlooking Peddlers Pavilion, sets this 3rd floor (top level) condo apart from the rest! Listen to live music and relax in the afternoon shade of the balcony, after a fun filled day on the beach!

Village of South Walton (VSW) has 2 pools (1 is seasonally heated), a hot tub and complimentary beach (seasonal) shuttle to Sunset Beach (designated beach access). Pool area has restrooms, fountain & gas grills.
VSW horseshoes Peddlers Pavilion which offers seasonal nightly live entertainment, bike rentals and an array of dining and shopping options. Starbucks right downstairs!
Once you arrive at Newcastle, you can literally put away your car keys until your vacation is over. Everything you can possibly need or want is just a beautiful short walk or bike ride away.
-5 min walk to Sunset Beach/designated beach access (0.2 Miles)
-5 min walk to dining/shopping at Rosemary Beach (0.2 Miles) or 10 min walk to Alys Beach (0.5 Miles)
-Walk or bike to tennis at Rosemary Beach Raquet Club (0.4 Miles) or Alys Beach Tennis (0.6 Miles)

Clean condo, great communication even when the building lost power for a couple hours the owner was super quick to respond. Proximity to everything in the area can’t be beat. My family loves the pool and hanging out on the balcony at night listening to the live entertainment. This wasn’t our first time staying in the area, but it was our first time at the Newcastle. We sure hope we can come back to the Newcastle next year!

This was a wonderful property for our group of 6! The house was beautiful, well stocked and conveniently located to all the shops and restaurants. Jill was an awesome host and will make sure you are set up with anything you could need while on vacation! I will definitely be booking another trip to The Newcastle!

This was the perfect spot for our Spring Break! Property was exactly as pictured - clean, organized, beautiful decor, well maintained, and safe! Location was key when we were wanting to be near everything so our teenagers could get to and from friends, dinners, etc safely and easily. Our weather was not the warmest, so having so many restaurant choices a couple steps away came in very handy! Communication with the owner was easy and when we had a question, it was answered extremely quick! We would absolutely go back and stay there again!
