Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took my teen daughter and a friend down to the beach for a weekend away. This location was PERFECT to walk to beach, shopping/food, and the pool. The bunk room was a tad smaller than I anticipated but it worked perfectly for us. Not a lot of closet space and fridge space, but we didn’t need much room... just be aware of that when packing to come here. Love, love, love this little carriage house. We could have fit a person more comfortably. Location was my favorite part!

Man, if you like to sleep cool at night, this is not the place for you. The bunk room vent basically doesn’t work, and the room is a good 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the place. And the provided covers upstairs are good if you’re out in the Alaskan tundra and need to warm up, otherwise, it’s no covers unless the air kicks back on, or you’re freezing. We killed three roaches during our stay and they were the biggest I have ever seen. But, to be fair, we have stayed at 2 other places in Rosemary Beach that also involved killing roaches so I think that’s just a common problem. The lack of access to a broom or cleaning supplies made it hard to keep tidy (we had to just sweep up with a paper towel on our hands and knees). One other small inconvenience was there weren’t 2 bikes when we arrived and while that was remedied- it took several hours. Other than that, it was a comfy stay with a great location. Will not stay there again for the temperature control alone.
