*This property is formerly known as Mia Bella and has been renamed to Hidden Hammock
Create unforgettable memories at “Hidden Hammock” located on Hammock Road, just north of Pine Avenue, in a *premier deep water canal location* in Anna Maria. Hidden Hammock is a short walk to the gorgeous, white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This *very spacious beach house* has been fully renovated in 2025 and offers 2 distinct living areas: The Main House and The Villa.
Enjoy *single-story beach house living* in the Main House and first floor of the Villa, with *seamless flow* between the house, private pool and canal front.
Amenities include:
• Professionally designed, new coastal modern furnishings
• *Charming saltwater pool with fountain feature*
• *95 feet of water frontage*
• *Private patio and dock on deep water canal*
• Private kayak launch (kayaks not provided)
• Private patio with chaise lounge chairs, dining area and shade umbrellas
• 2 spacious living areas: Main House and attached Villa (please note there is not much privacy in the Villa since it is surrounded by stunning glass walls, but the mangroves provide natural privacy from the canal; access the Villa by walking 5 steps out of the Main House)
• The Main House has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms:
2 bedrooms have king beds with private ensuite bathrooms
1 bedroom has 2 twin XL beds (which can be moved together upon request), with full bathroom across the hallway
• The Villa has 1 open-concept bedroom area with queen bed and 1 bathroom
• Very close proximity to Pine Ave. offering exquisite dining, shopping, bicycle and golf cart rentals, free island trolley and much more.
• The Main house offers a brand new kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
• The Villa offers a restaurant style studio kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel amenities and brand new appliances
• Gas barbecue
• Private exterior shower cabana
• 1 beach cart, 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas provided

• Bonus office loft in the Villa accessible by spiral staircase (please note the ceilings are low in part of the loft, but it’s a really cool space)

*Florida Law requires an audible alarm to be installed on doors and windows that open to a pool area. The purpose of these alarms is to alert an adult if a child walks out to a pool area unattended. These alarms typically have a bypass button that allows the door to be opened for 7 seconds before the alarm goes off. These alarms must not be removed or tampered with in any way. Any evidence of tampering or damage to pool alarms will be billed to the credit card on file for the reservation.*
*Dogs 25lbs or less are welcome, A $ 250+ tax pet fee is required per pet, This is a separate fee paid directly to Salty Mermaid Real Estate after booking. Pets that are not disclosed to our office will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.
*Check-in time is 4 pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out time is 10 am on the day of your departure. *A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea. Full sized luxury hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and can reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*

Loved it! The location was about a 6 minute walk to the beach, and about the same to the donut shop, taco place, shops, etc…. The house was perfect for our group…rooms were cozy and comfortable. Pool was huge and fishing off the dock was a huge hit!Would stay here again!!

We had a great stay at this property in Anna Maria! We are a family of 5 with kids ages 4, 8, and 10 and traveled with my mom as well. This property was set up perfectly for us using the separate pool suite as an inlaw suite. The house was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. The pool was big and great for our kids. Loved the canal ad well. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by as well as close proximity to many of the great beaches Anna Maria has to offer. We had an amazing time, would for sure stay here again.

Our group consisted of husband & wife and 5 tween-teenage kids. The three teenagers (ages 16-18) enjoyed staying in the pool house and had their own personal space. The house was perfectly accommodated with everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals and snacks for our always hungry group of kids. The screened in swimming pool/patio area was a very pleasant place to hang out & swim The pool was large, the water felt great & it was very private with the greenery along the canal. Easy walk to Pine for treats or pizza and not much further to the beach....the wagon and beach chairs provided in the garage were also very useful! We loved the circle dining table where we had lots of family game nights and the beds & bedding were all very comfortable. House was very clean! Thank you for a great place to stay & we would love to visit again!!

Enjoyed the house, the pool and overall setup of the home was great. Kitchen was very user friendly for meal prep and serving. Would definitely stay at this location again.
