About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 185 m² house with Jacuzzi for rent in the commune of Nouvion-et-Catillon, which can accommodate up to 11 travelers. It features a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

First floor:

- A dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200) + 1 single bed, plus adjoining room with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower and bathtub
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, raclette machine, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- Jacuzzi for 6 people available from April 15th to October 15th
- 1,000 m² enclosed garden
- A 100 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days
The house is ideally located in Nouvion-et-Catillon, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, restaurants and bars are nearby .....

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
