This split-level home features 2,002 square feet, three bedrooms, a bonus room, and two and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.

We booked House Jacob in Sedona as a 'couples getaway' to do some hiking, tours, relaxing, etc. and the four of us all had a fantastic time. We chose this home for the views and the unique interior design. This location is great if you want a short walk to shops and restaurants.
Although we had a great time, we landed on 3 stars because the price is quite high and had some issues. This is booked through Sedona.org (rental company) -Vrbo only facilitates the transaction! Sedona.org has a cancelation waiver that is an absolute joke. We accidentally chose the wrong dates and called immediately to change. Vrbo couldn't help and sedona.org has a 'no refund policy'. The cost to change it was a lot. Fortunately we were able instead move our flights. It was odd that sedona.org contacted me directly and also made me sign an extremely intense legal document after paying for my booking. I suggest asking for this prior to booking so that you can see what you're agreeing to. I won't go in to details, however I normally would never sign anything like that but I was forced to because I already paid and Sedona.org has a ZERO refund policy. Lastly, the hot water ran out VERY quickly; just enough for 1 shower (cooling down towards the end). I suggest scheduling showers depending on your group size.
Overall stay was honestly fantastic. We all had a great time and loved staying here. Just be mindful when you book and take note of my suggestions above.
