Offering 2,600 square feet, this single-level house features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to nine guests.
Entering the home through the front door, you'll step into the open floor plan great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Large surrounding windows showcase beautiful red rock views while filling the space with natural light, creating the perfect setting for gathering with family and friends after a day of exploring Sedona.
Living Room: Enjoy modern furnishings including a spacious leather sectional, 85” Smart TV, decorative (non-functional) fireplace, and expansive view-filled windows that bring Sedona's natural beauty indoors.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with black stainless steel appliances, spacious quartz counters, and a convenient kitchen island with seating for six. Whether preparing a quick breakfast before hitting the trails or gathering for a family dinner, this kitchen offers plenty of space for everyone.
Separate dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for nine.

Master bedroom— California king bed, 55” Smart TV, private access to the backyard, and peaceful views. The private bathroom features a makeup vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.

I can’t give this property enough stars!!! Absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated! The location is fabulous, a short walk to downtown! The kitchen has anything you would need and the outdoor blankets were so thoughtful!

Overall our stay was pleasant. This seems to be a newly renovated so it’s equipped with all modern amenities. The location is near to most of the touristy spots. However, property needs deep cleaning. The living room carpet needs to be cleaned properly. It’s full of pet hair and as far as I remember the property is listed as with no pet policy but apparently they can allow dogs on request. Our clothes full of pet hair as soon as we sat on the carpet. Another thing to consider is the checkout time. I think this is my first rental property where checkout time is 10am which is not common in my view. Late checkout request was extra cost.

The property is very comfortable with generous seating in all areas. The 8 of us watched football and a movie and everyone had a comfortable seat. The fire table made the outdoor seating special. We made great use of the hot tub. We walked to shops, enjoyed the hikes and good food. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms lavish. It is a wonderful place to stay.

The house is beautifully decorated and centrally located to all that Sedona has to offer. The views are spectacular and we would highly recommend this house to family and friends!
