The Space:

This 60 m² apartment is located on the second floor of the Belmar Oceanfront Apartments complex in the exclusive Punt Vierkant neighborhood, with beautiful sea views over the Caribbean Sea. Good and More supermarket is just 350 meters away, Playa Esmeralda (Ocean Oasis) is within 1.2 kilometers, restaurant Brass Boer is 750 meters away, and dive center Dive Friends Delfins is also 750 meters away. The complex features a regular shared pool where you can cool off wonderfully after a day full of Bonaire adventures.

Guest Access:

As a guest of Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 15, you have access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, living room, and sunny balcony with sea views. Additionally, you can use the shared pool and the communal outdoor area around the complex. Free parking is available both on premises and on the street. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanation about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals! The Sunwise hosts for the accommodation will make arrangements with you regarding your arrival.

The Neighborhood:

Punt Vierkant is a chic coastal zone on the azure blue water, south of the airport. Here you'll find luxury villas (that are directly on the sea, sometimes with private jetties) and direct access to famous dive spots like The Lake, Angel City and the Hilma Hooker wreck site. Punt Vierkant is made for sea views, sunsets and premium comfort. A top location for those who want the best of Bonaire's west coast on their doorstep.

Getting Around:

A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 15 in Punt Vierkant. With your own car, all corners of the island are accessible at your own pace, from remote snorkel spots to local restaurants. We recommend everyone rent a car, as you'll then be able to get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for natural areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The roads in the park are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There's no public transportation and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked, for example.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out should be by 10AM. Early or late check-in/check-out is possible upon request, depending on other guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations, and we ask you to keep noise down in the evenings. Enjoy your stay at Belmar Oceanfront Apartment 15!
