This groundfloor upscale contemporary apartment offers 1850 square feet of luxery living direct on the Caribbean Sea in the quiet neighborhood '' Belnem ', Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean. This hidden piece of paradise offers you a panoramic ocean view, private ocean entry where you can snorkeling or dive right to the coral reefs behind the home, or watch the beautiful sunsets, the view of the island ''Klein Bonaire'' from its backyard patio/sundeck.
The apartement offers ground floor living, cool breeze troughout the whole apartment aloung with sliding glass doors and shutter windows, and all screened four your convenience.
Two large air-conditioned master bedrooms make sleeping comfortable. Each bedroom boasts a full, private, Italian style bathroom with double sinks and shower. One bedroom has the additional feature of an bathtub.
Located directly on the water with easy access with a comfortable ladder to the Caribbean sea, the property is surrounded by palm and coconut trees.
A lot off flowering Bouganvillea and tropical birds make this property a paradise on Bonaire. Rinse tanks and dive gear locker are available for the divers. Dive or snorkel off your backyard or enjoy dozens of dive sites just minutes away.

Greta place just South of airport. Close to all the Dive sites south of airport. Host was awesome had a little welcome gift in the fridge. Construction next door was a non-issue. We will stay here again

Had a little hiccup upon the arrival, but Nicole was very responsive. I was familiar with the neighborhood from a previous trip, so I was able to find the property. This is the second time I have booked with Nicole. The property is amazing. During our stay, there was construction on the house next door, but they start and stop at reasonable hours. The location is conveniently close to the airport, but don't worry...the airport traffic is not a nuisance. You have everything you need at this property, except washcloths. If you use them...bring them. We were greeted with a cold beer and a snack waiting for us which was a nice touch since our flights were delayed and no food was available for purchase on the plane. The ceiling fans were also a nice touch in the home. We will be booking this again.

Nothing beats a ladder into the ocean with a beautiful reef just off shore. The unit is very comfortable, with a nice workable kitchen, and Nicole is always nice to work with checking in.

Casa Iguana was the highlight of our 25th anniversary vacation. We stayed at three locations on Bonaire over our 3 week vacation and had our children, ages 18 and 20, with us for 8 days. Part of their stay was at Casa Iguana and the first thing our son did was check how deep the water was and then did a running leap off the back dock in the deep area. Casa Iguana is the first floor of a two story house and it has a great layout: sunken living room, dining area and open kitchen all in one big room overlooking the back patio, and then two bedrooms and two large bathrooms down a hall. With the breeze blowing from the front of the house, we felt very comfortable with the back doors open with just the screen doors. Each of the bedrooms had A/C which we used at night. The place had everything one could possibly need for cooking, for listening to music (I-Dock), beach towels, washing machine, clothesline, scuba gear cleaning area and hangars, etc. We were very impressed. The owner even offered a small Christmas tree and lights to set up which we did set up in the living room. My husband and son dove out back. The entrance/exit steps were a little bit tricky, but other than that it was beautiful! Casa Iguana is located across the street from Roomer Rest which was very good, and had a nice atmosphere. For scuba diving services, such as tanks, weights, boat dives, we used Carib Inn and were extremely pleased as always. We hope to return some day and would recommend Casa Iguana to everyone!!
