In the quiet neighborhood of Belnem, this hidden piece of paradise offers you a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, private sea entry, and unsurpassed sunsets. This upscale contemporary apartment provides 2100 square feet of luxury living right on the Caribbean Sea. The north western view from the backyard is one of the best spots on the island to experience the sunset. In the evening shooting stars can often be seen from the backyard patio/deck or open veranda. Schools of Tarpon have been visiting the seaside deck for evening feedings for years.
Wake to the sounds of Caribbean birds and begin your day by opening the 30 foot sliding glass door. Feel the refreshing ocean breeze and step out onto your private veranda directly on the sea. Enjoy spectacular views of Klein Bonaire, the mountains of Washington Slagbaai Park and Rincon. Mature palm, coconut and papaya trees surround the property. Colorful flowering vegetation attracts countless colorful birds including the Lora’s.
This villa offers top floor living, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans throughout. The spacious, open layout offers ample room for living and entertaining your guests. A newly updated kitchen with new appliances makes dining in a luxury. Sleeping is comfortable in either of the two large air-conditioned master bedrooms. Each bedroom boasts a full, private, tiled en suite bathroom. One has a king size bed and the other has two twin beds that can also be arranged by us to make a second king. All towels and linens are provided.
An outside shower makes rinsing off easy. Rinse tanks are available for dive gear. A Weber grill, dining table and lounge chairs can be found on the veranda. This property offers off street parking for one car.
Fine dining and shopping are just minutes away in Kralendijk. Bonaire’s premier fine dining experience, The Brass Boer restaurant at Delfins resort is within easy walking distance. Flamingo Airport is just 5 minutes away. A full service Dive Shop is located right next door for supremely easy equipment rental and tank exchanges. Dive or snorkel off your own backyard, or enjoy dozens of dive sites only minutes away. This private property is managed by Bonaire Oceanview Rentals.

Hosts were welcoming, leaving a lovely snack upon arrival. Everything you might need for meals, in terms of pots, pans, bbq tools, utensils, …. Even a salad spinner! We really appreciated the very cool blender with an iced drink setting perfect for our frozen rum drinks :)The bed was super duper comfy and, of course, what we came for… the ocean view spectacular!We also appreciated the functional fans both in the main room and on the balcony. These were clutch for keeping the mosquito situation down. Do bring Picaridin or Deet with you, as with all Caribbean, lots of biters! We enjoyed this as a great home base for exploring snorkeling spots around the island. Martin and Nicole also lent us a cooler so that we could take a picnic lunch into the National park.On our departure day, Martin shared an important notice from the airline that we were not aware of, so that was very kind as well.All-in-all a lovely first visit to Bonaire. We would return.

Great Stay. The ocean is right there. The location was perfect and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. The condo had everything that we needed and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
