•Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The home was excellent- comfortable, clean, great amenities, close to restaurants and shopping, and in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was very nice, in a good neighborhood, close to stores, Fountain Park and trail hikes. The master bedroom was pitch black and very quiet and good for sleeping. Night lights were there, if needed. It had a good heat/AC system, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, everything you might need, except food. It was 10 times better than a hotel. We will definitely stay there again.
There were some communication glitches and confusion regarding the check in procedure and check out instructions.

The home is very well maintained and had a very homey appearance. Lots of towels and comfortable beds. From the decor to the sofa pillows and throws we felt very much at home. The kitchen was very well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors very friendly. It is close to all you need for shopping.
