Sunrise Oasis is located in beautiful Fountain Hills. The oasis style backyard features an amazing pool and patio that faces east, perfect for the glorious sunrise over four peaks mountains. Inside you will find a southwestern themed open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room. The home offers a split floorplan with spacious master bedroom and adjoining master bath. The two additional bedrooms offer a cozy space for your guests. Lastly, a private office for those working remotely.
The home is perfect for a families, couples or group of four golfers. The western style decor makes for a one of a kind southwest experience which features several unique art pieces. Note: the pool is not heated and pool temperatures are dependent on local weather conditions.

Great house. It was quiet and convenient to the town and McDowell. I can’t give it 5 stars because the primary bedroom mattress was completely broken down and bowed. We couldn’t sleep in it because it was so uncomfortable. It was disappointing because the entire house was amazing and well thought out.

This was our second time staying at this property. The house, pool, yard are awesome. Well stocked home and comfortable. We will definitely be back. Fountain Hills is a gem!!!
