About this house rental
The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished and can accommodate 3 people (a 4th person is possible upon request). The large living area features an open kitchen, separated from the dining area by a small counter. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, for example, a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, blender, egg cooker, coffee maker and coffee pad machine, toaster, microwave, and plenty of dishes and glasses, etc. Adjacent to this is a cozy sitting area with a recliner, ideal for relaxing, reading, listening to music, or watching TV. A Blu-ray player is also included. From the wingback chair under the stairs, you can look directly out onto the lake. The covered terrace (with sliding glass walls) allows you to sit outside even when it rains. A parasol provides protection from strong sunlight; otherwise, the linden trees offer natural shade and ensure a pleasant atmosphere on the terrace. The adjacent garden shed has enough space to store necessary items, such as bicycles you’ve brought along. The first floor also features a bedroom with a double bed (comfort height and adjustable slatted frames), a closet, a dresser, and a large wall mirror, and it has direct access to the bathroom. Here you’ll find another large bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, a sitting area, a desk, a bookshelf with books and games, and a second TV. Both bathrooms are equipped with a low-entry shower, toilet, sink, LED mirror, hair dryer, and curling iron.
The house has tile flooring, while the bedrooms feature laminate flooring. During the cooler months, the underfloor heating ensures a comfortable indoor climate.
The windows and the lift-and-slide door in the living room are all equipped with roller shutters and fly screens. Smoke detectors are included, as are an iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, patio furniture, grill, and free Wi-Fi (on-site registration required; we do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).
