Modern vacation home in an elevated location with a great lake view in Klein Labenz!

This approximately 85-square-meter semi-detached home features a spacious living and dining area on the first floor with a stunning view of Lake Groß Labenz. Here you’ll find a pull-out L-shaped sofa (a 5th and 6th person are welcome upon request), a TV, a dining area, and a very well-equipped kitchen featuring, among other things, a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a separate freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and French press. There is also a small guest restroom on the first floor. The patio is furnished and covered by the balcony above; a charcoal grill is also available.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor: One of the bedrooms features a 1.60 m wide double bed (single mattress), a dresser, and access to the balcony with a stunning lake view. The other bedroom is also furnished with a 1.60 m wide double bed (separate mattresses) and a dresser. Both bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a shower, separate toilet, sink, heated towel rack, and window. A hair dryer is also provided.

All windows in the house are equipped with electric roller shutters. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating; the bedrooms have laminate flooring, and all other rooms are tiled. The house also includes a washing machine, dryer, crib, and high chair.

Dogs are welcome with prior notice! Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Free Wi-Fi access is available. We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.

Parking spaces are available; upon request, storage facilities for bicycles are also available.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this vacation rental is available for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

Lake Groß Labenzer invites you to enjoy relaxing hours by the water, swimming, fishing, or boating. Hikers and cyclists will also find plenty to enjoy here—well-maintained trails wind through forests and meadows, offering beautiful views of the surrounding lake landscape at every turn.

The small town of Warin is just a few minutes away and offers shopping, restaurants, and other recreational activities. Thanks to its central location between the Hanseatic city of Wismar and the state capital of Schwerin, day trips to the Baltic Sea or to culturally interesting cities are also easily accessible.

Klein Labenz is therefore the perfect place for anyone who wants to enjoy a nature-filled vacation right on the lake—quietly situated yet well-connected.
