Sanibel is low-density complex which means finding space at the pool and getting off and on the elevator is refreshingly easy to do. Do you enjoy fishing boating kayaking swimming and walks on the beach? There is a fishing pier on Little Lagoon right outside. Beach access is about a 5 minute walk and nearby to restaurants like the iconic Hangout and Bahama Bob's.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. No pets are permitted, and this is a non-smoking property. Monthly rental rates available.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Great location!! Loved being so close to the pool with the kids. The unit is extremely spacious, beds are comfortable, and the extra powder room is a plus with a large group. Easy parking, great communication with the host.

Too good to be true. Very accommodating with amazing views. The condo was perfect with so much provided along with the pool workout facility. I can’t wait to return. Living in paradise is an understatement for the quality we endured for our trip. 5 stars is not enough for what we were able to experience.

The unit had great space and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessities which was very convenient. Proximity to the beach was fantastic for those wanting to walk. We LOVED that there was an ice machine as well.We also loved that there were chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The cherry on top was the wagon and beach toys. What we were not thrilled about was the overall cleanliness of the unit. We found trash under the couches and under the beds. The master shower could use a nice scrub. The couches need a good steam cleaning. The coffee pot was dirty and I had to clean it before using it. Overall we had enough space to fit our family and that was very most important to us.

Condo was larger than expected and beautiful. We had A/C issues and they were dealt with promptly, kindly, and professionally.
Only complaint I have is that there were zero potholders for cooking and only 2 kitchen towels for 6 adults and 3 children
