About this apartment rental
One Bedroom and One Full Bathroom with 2 AC Units. Sleeps Three With Comfort.
This unit was completely remodeled after hurricanes Helene and Milton. We are finished with the remodel. We do not allow pets at The Cottage.
The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1 Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key.
If you are looking for some lunch after a day at the beach, walk out the front door of The Siesta Key
Beach Cottage and head around the corner up to the Village. There you will find any type of food
you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite
cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.
There are some chairs and lounge chairs on the patio.
There is an outdoor shower to rinse off any sand from the beach before entering the unit.
This is not a condo.
..it is a Beach Cottage….
You will not find a cooler place on the Key to enjoy your vacation.

This sweet cottage is magical. It has been beautifully updated, but has kept a lot of the old Florida charm. Everything you need is provided. The cottage is located within steps to the gorgeous Siesta Key Beach! Everything is provided to make the trip to beach so easy. We are seniors. My husband is very fair skinned & never wants to go to the beach. We took all the beach equipment & he loved it! They even have a wonderful umbrella. We then went again the next day. With the amazing location, we were surprised how quiet the property was!!! We plan to return.

Fantastic in every way! Absolutely loved our stay in this cottage. Incredibly clean with a perfect location. Just across to the beach and walkable to restaurants. We appreciated the beach chairs and outdoor shower. The area was close to everything but also quiet both day and night. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. I have to mention the bed and pillows as it’s rare to have such comfort away from home. I won’t hesitate to book again as this sweet spot really added to the enjoyment of our trip.
