About this apartment rental
One Bedroom and One Full Bathroom with 2 AC Units. Sleeps Three With Comfort.
This unit was completely remodeled after hurricanes Helene and Milton. We are finished with the remodel. We do not allow pets at The Cottage.
The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1 Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key.
If you are looking for some lunch after a day at the beach, walk out the front door of The Siesta Key
Beach Cottage and head around the corner up to the Village. There you will find any type of food
you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite
cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.
There are some chairs and lounge chairs on the patio.
There is an outdoor shower to rinse off any sand from the beach before entering the unit.
This is not a condo.
..it is a Beach Cottage….
You will not find a cooler place on the Key to enjoy your vacation.

This place must have been professionally staged. It was beautiful!! I would definitely come back.
We had the most restful night on that comfy mattress and the pillows were next level.
The Beach House was a short, four minute walk from the beach and the Siesta Village.
I would just mention to future tenants that the laundry costs $1.75 per load so that you arrive with enough quarters. They had a little basket of random products such as shampoos, body wash, and SPF lotions. One product I forgot but found in this basket was the banana boat after sun cooling gel. Came in very handy!!
Our parking spot was right next to our cottage which made loading and unloading easy. Thank you

This sweet cottage is magical. It has been beautifully updated, but has kept a lot of the old Florida charm. Everything you need is provided. The cottage is located within steps to the gorgeous Siesta Key Beach! Everything is provided to make the trip to beach so easy. We are seniors. My husband is very fair skinned & never wants to go to the beach. We took all the beach equipment & he loved it! They even have a wonderful umbrella. We then went again the next day. With the amazing location, we were surprised how quiet the property was!!! We plan to return.
