Welcome to 2431 Racquet Club on Seabrook Island! With club access, community pool, game room, elevator and scenic lagoon views, this lovely home is sure to be ideal for your next beach or golf vacation. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury townhome comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is the pinnacle of comfort, convenience, and relaxation!
With this amazing location, you'll be just a stone's throw to the pool, the ocean, and the local shopping village! Take a short walk over to the Equestrian Center for horseback riding or to the Lake House fitness center and library. Even better, rent a bike to enjoy a short ride over to Bohicket Marina to check out the boats and some great local restaurants. You'll also have an access pass to Seabrook's beach club - where you'll have use of several community pools (including an oceanfront pool!) that you can dip into when you're taking a break from the ocean.
Another amazing amenity for your convenience is an elevator, to make unpacking and unloading a breeze for your group. Host a family game night, as you'll have access to a game room boasting a ping pong table, bikes, and board games! Between the outdoor activities, the pool, the beach, and the amenities at the house, there won't be a moment without excitement on your much-deserved vacation!

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Four night stay with two families. Condo was very clean and elevator certainly helped load and unload the cars. This location is very near the front gate to Seabrook so that may be good for some and out of the way for others.
LOVED that amenity cards were obtainable with this unit but wish we had read the small print about the golf cart not being included unless reserved and paid for.
Overall yes would recommend this location to others.

The size of RC2431 was perfect for our family of 6. The teens enjoyed the rec room. The owners graciously provided ample beach towels and chairs. There were even hand weights in the master closet. Everything worked perfectly in the house. We definitely want to rent this property again.
