About this house rental
Three bedroom secluded bungalow on Seabrook Island, SC. House sits on a quiet street with very little auto traffic. Just over 1/2 mile to the beach and 1 mile to the Beach Club. Open floor plan with lots of natural light. Spacious yard surrounded by lush palmettos, live oaks and magnolia trees.
The living, dining and sun porch are situated in the middle of the house. To one side are two bedrooms (with queen beds) and two full baths with one en suite. The opposite side of the house has a finished room over the garage. Perfect for kids, the spacious room features two bunk beds (twin over full each), with carpeting and a small flatscreen tv. The sofa on the sun porch is a pull-out bed. The back yard has a spacious deck with Adirondack chairs. The driveway has ample room for parking multiple cars. Please note both tvs on the property are not equipped with cable but are 'smart' allowing you to login to most streaming subscription services.

Limit of 3 vehicles per booking. $40 gate pass fee per vehicle.

Our family of 5 had a nice stay. The house is comfortable and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. The host was very responsive. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog and walk to Boardwalk 9. One thing to note is that there are no beach towels at the house, so you should bring your own.

My family had a wonderful spring break on Seabrook at this beautiful house. We loved the quiet street, the back yard for the dogs, and the fact that the house isn’t decorated in a beachy theme. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook and enjoy slowing down together. The house was perfect for our family of four and we will most certainly be back.

Bungalow location was great. Short drive or walk to many boardwalks on Seabrook Island. Saw many wildlife animals, especially deer, roaming freely around the neighborhood. My 2 year old son loved it. Rental host was incredibly responsive and attentive.
