Enjoy Seabrook Island in this highly coveted and family friendly 3-bedroom, 4 full bathroom first floor unit with extraordinary unobstructed ocean views. The open floor plan is filled with natural light and makes it ideal for entertaining guests, with a kitchen, dining, and living room that blend seamlessly. The large kitchen with its 2 full size refrigerators will make meal preparation a breeze! The dining area, game table and kitchen bar provide ample seating for those family gatherings.
The villa, which sleeps 8 features two ensuite King master bedrooms and an additional guest room with 2 Twins and a full bath. The living room provides extra sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa with another full bath just down the hallway. A combined laundry and pantry are located off the kitchen.
Sip your morning coffee in the company of soaring pelicans from either of the private porches or go for a walk on the pristine beach just steps away. Both porches have direct access to the beach boardwalk.

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The property itself is somewhat dated and has an interesting layout but is part of the charm. The location to the private beach in Seabrook can’t be beat. We had a great stay with family and had plenty of space.

Ample room for our family of 7. The first bedroom has glass inserts around the top that allows light through, which is distracting if trying to sleep while others are up. The sofa and chairs are cloth and I would prefer other material so a wipe down could be done after each visit. Outside sitting areas are wonderful. Able to enjoy the view and feel the breeze. A bit further from the pool than expected. Overall, good rating. We enjoyed our time there

Condo was as described. Communication with rental company was fine. I had ordered beach towels and they were not at the unit on arrival. Emailed them that night and they were delivered first thing the next day. Would rent again!

A few things :
the refrigerator ice machine and water dispenser did not work
A few of the frying pans had not been washed
Would have been nice to have more then one pitcher for cold drinks
The bedroom fans were a bit noisy
A few more plastic/glass storage containers would be nice
