it was quiet and felt safe
enjoyed having the upstairs screen door open at night
the pantry wasn’t stocked with spices and others have been that we stayed
a few items wasn’t expected: one of the steps carpet isn’t ok (exposed nails), when sitting on the balcony can’t see out (only standing) and the blinds were broken on one set. Seems like these minor issues would have been solved.

I loved everything about the property! best place I’ve stayed at so far.
I did notice housekeeping peed in the toilet and forgot to flush. Also, there was trash and hair in the bathroom

Vacasa did a great job with texting/emailing information. The code worked and there were no issues.
The location was great. A very short walk to the beach. The beach was pretty much deserted every time we went.
We thought we were renting in an upscale resort. The townhome was in very mediocre condition. There were scuff marks on the walls and several areas should have been painted. The unit looked like it had been decorated from Walmart. It was very disappointing.
Secondly, in order to participate in any activity at the resort; the pool or a restaurant, you had to purchase a $50 p/day card. They definitely do not want renters in their resort.
