Come relax on Seabrook Island with your family and friends in this bright, cheerful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located on Seabrook Island Road! Walk across the street to one of many boardwalks leading to Seabrook's beautiful beach! Relax on the porch swing or in one of the rocking chairs on the front veranda.
This multi-level home has a great layout. On the ground level is the 1st bedroom. It has two sets of bunk beds - full bed on bottom, twin bed on top - perfect for little ones. They will love playing at the kid sized table or watching TV. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room for your use. Head up a half set of stairs to the next level. There you will find the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. They both have queen beds and sliding doors to a deck. They share a hall bath with a tub/shower. Walk out to the deck where you can enjoy appetizers around the table for 4 or relax in the hammock with a good book.
Stairs lead to the 2nd level of this home. The great room features high 20 foot ceilings, tile flooring, and a kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. Enjoy watching a DVD or show the flat screen TV in the family room, play one of the many board games at the kitchen table open to the great room so everyone can socialize at once. Board games, books, DVD's, and cards are all extras available for your use at this wonderful home. The kitchen table seats 10, with stools for an additional four at the large counter. The kitchen is roomy enough for multiple chefs and well stocked with all you'll need.
Stairs lead to the next level where you'll find the 4th and 5th bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bath with a shower/tub that is accessible from the hall. The master bedroom, also on the upper level, has a king size bed, TV, sliding glass doors to a balcony overlooking the golf course and a full bathroom with a tiled shower attached.
An outdoor shower is great for washing off after a day at the beach! You are just steps from the Boardwalk #3A making this home perfect for a beach vacation. Enjoy the use of a charcoal grill . There is a table for 6 on the back porch.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
As of 5/1/25: Each rental property is permitted a maximum of four (4) total gate passes. This includes passes for both cars and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Please note that the total number of passes cannot exceed four, regardless of the type of vehicle, per Town of Seabrook.
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Great location. House is quite dated and not terribly well maintained. Beds are not very comfortable and they were short on towels. There is plenty of equipment in the kitchen but none of it is very good. Several electrical outlets did not work especially in the upstairs bathrooms. It suited our purposes well for a large group with plenty of space.

This was a great place for a family to relax, cook, gather and of course, go the the beach. We've enjoyed Seabrook for decades, but having a boardwalk across the street was great when kids needed a nap or lunch break.
The house is not too fancy, but fun and equipped plenty of dishes and utensils and a few extra toys like bikes, wagon, bacci ball and a charcoal grill.. We had a great time with kids and grandparents sharing some special time together.
The only suggestions I have are to perhaps update some of the mattresses - go for foam like Casper, Leesa or Purple - it'll last forever. And address a couple doors that don't close quietly or lock. Only a challenge with the toddler.

Absolutely perfect home and location for our extended family. A spacious home well supplied with furnishings, recreational equipment, condiments, etc. Great onsite support staff, responsive to our requests. Would definitely return.
