Located on the North end of Fort Myers Beach, not far from the pier, Sand Dollar View is the most spectacular 5 bedroom beachfront property you'll find! You will be amazed by the views of the ocean from this third floor space. The large deck spans the entire house, with plenty of outdoor furniture for lounging in the warm Florida sunshine. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with huge walk-in showers. Two of the guest bedrooms feature a queen size bed, while the third offers a full size bed. Each king bedroom also has a brand new flat screen smart TV! There are two guest bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower. The living room features a huge sectional, perfect for gathering the group for movie night. The kitchen is just begging to be used for entertaining. The huge island has plenty of space to spread out a big feast. You will truly be amazed when you step into this rental for your next vacation!

The second floor features two rentals, each two bedroom, two bath. The third floor features a 5 bedroom rental. All tenants have access to the lower level pool and outdoor bar area!

What a beautiful and perfect vacation rental for a large group; right on the beach, white sand, just lovely. The house was very comfortable with wonderful furniture, including mattresses. One of the best parts of the large third floor accommodation was the deep porch with additional quality furniture. Also, the house is situated so that the sunrise as well as the sunset is visible! The first level recreation and pool space was so a great bonus. Perhaps the biggest bonus was the elevator as a group of older women bring way too many items.Everything was well thought out and comfortable. We really didn’t want to leave! We found several really good restaurants in the area; Dixie Fish, Doc Fords and Rae’s Italian in the Pink Shell resort. Rae’s was a fabulous experience! So fun, so delicious! I would go back to this VRBO and those restaurants in a heartbeat.

condo/rental not compltely finished. Dirty and moldy outdoor furniture which prevented enjoyment of the balcony. Trash bins filled to the top outside, electrical wires exposed all over the pool area, elevator malfunctioned and my 14 year old got stuck and firefighters had to assist. Refrigerator water and ice dispenser were broken, dyers only worked for 1 laundry session then it malfunctioned the whole time, barn doors in master bedroom not adequate width resulting in door coming off track and not closing appropriately, AC not string enough for unit very hot in living room. Top it off the company mentioned they provided beach chairs and umbrellas with service yet we were only serviced 1 day out of the 6 day stay due to the beach chair guy didnt want to work and requested that we make sure umbrellas are attended to 100% of the time. The response from management was "there are several beach chair companies that we could rent from" not caring about our satisfaction.
All and all it was the worst vacation we have ever experienced through VRBO. No customer service, no care of what the vacationers experience and deceit of what they provide vs reality. I would never com back to this property. Definitely, safety concerns with all the remodeling they are doing. This property was not ready to rent.
