The house was very clean and met all of our expectations. We had 9 adults and 4 kids and loved it! The location was perfect for walking distance to shops, bars & restaurants. With the beach right out of our back door, the pool onsite and the beach bar next door playing music every day, we couldn't have asked for a better place.

We came with our extended family ages 9 to 75 and we all thought this was a perfect place. The house was clean, the view was amazing. Being able to choose from the beach and the pool made for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of beach towels. Huge island bar in the kitchen. The location on the beach near the main bridges really helped when dealing with potential beach going traffic. We could walk to many local favorites from Mom's Restaurant to Margaritaville and the Whale. Quick drive to Salty's Sam's boat rental, Doc Ford's and Dixie Fish Co. really made for a pleasant stay, we would love a return visit.
