Welcome to Mermaid Tales. These 6 separate villas together feature 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Great for friends that are traveling together or families that just want their own space. Beautifully renovated with all new furniture, appliances, AC, and paint will have you feeling like you are at home. All villas include a queen bed, new bathrooms with walk-in showers, open concept living areas, and large flat screen TV’s in the living areas and bedrooms.
* If you are traveling with a pet, please call the reservations team with the within 24 hours of placing your reservation. Guests are responsible for paying a non-refundable pet fee for dogs under 30lbs is $200/per pet.*

Mermaid Tales is a multi-family complex that features 6 separate villas. Villas are available to rent separately or as a group. This complex shares a heated pool with a spill over spa, corn hole, and horseshoes are available for added entertainment. There are 12 beach chairs available for guests that are on a “first come, first serve” basis and are not assigned to any specific unit. The short walk to the beach is only 530 yards away. Times Square is less than a mile from the complex. Guests can find entertainment, shopping, and dining all within the Times Square area.
Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. Nice quiet residential safe neighborhood. We were a party of 12 and we rented all 6 villas. Kitchens were nicely supplied as we ate most of our meals on property. About a 5 minute walk to the beach that was not at all crowded. Shops close by and Walmart about a 10 minute drive. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only downside was check in when they say 4pm that’s what they mean. We arrived at 3pm the property was vacant but they would not give us the code to enter the property until 4pm. We all waited outside in the heat.
