About this house rental
This island abode is located on a canal leading to the bay, within walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beaches. Pack up your beach gear and head to the beach or rent a day boat for fishing or sightseeing.
• Six bedrooms, four bathrooms and four kitchens throughout this four-unit complete.
• Two upstairs units, each with two bedrooms with king beds and queen sleeper sofas in the living rooms.
• Two downstairs units each with one bedroom with king beds and twin-size futon-style sleeper sofas in the living rooms.
• Maximum occupancy is 18 guests.
• Two washer and dryer units on-site.
• Walking distance to the beach.
• Short ride to the island's Times Square.
• Pet friendly!
A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals, added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

We loved the property. The pool was perfect for the kids and the property had everything we needed from beach, pool and house supplies. The property managers were great to work with and flexible with arrivals and check out. Each family used their own complex and felt it was a great use of space. We loved it! Highly recommend

The vacation home has 4 separate units, with the lower 2 containing 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom each, and the upper units containing 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. This allowed our large family to enjoy the complex with plenty of space and private rooms. With each unit having their own kitchen and appliances, everyone could cook on their own, and not make mom cook every night! :DThe kitchens were well stocked with appliances, plates and silverware, glasses, pots and pans, spatulas and other cooking items. Not everywhere supplies these, so it was very generous of the owner to do so! The on-site laundry facilities were very welcome, as well as some beach trolleys and pool toys. The bathrooms all had toilet paper and kitchen had paper towels and such. Enough to get by for a couple of days to get our own. Little extras like an Alexa device, WiFi, TV’s, excellent Air Conditioning made the place a dream.The pool was Wonderful! It was clean and well maintained and had plenty of seating around. The river right behind the house was very cool. Beach access is just a couple streets away (on Flamingo street), and only took a few minutes to hit the sand :-)There is a Publix, Gas station, and ice cream right around the corner, and 5-10 minutes from plenty of restaurants. Our favorite were Flippers on the Bay, Coste Island Cuisine, Yukatan Beach Stand, and Deep Lagoon Seafood (on the mainland).Sadly, the renters from the week before broke a lot of things and made quite a mess, resulting in the owner having to replace a lot of things. Even so, we hardly noticed by the time we checked in, and they were non-Intrusive when they came out to the house. The owner had to stop over to ensure somethings were repaired, and was very friendly. She lives right down the street and takes great pride in her property. We checked out as the cleaners arrived, and we made sure that we left it just as we found it.
