Great location and beautiful house. There is an active construction site next door, with the expected associated noise, but we knew that was the case when we booked and it didn’t spoil our fun!

Very much enjoyed the size of this property for a large group place to gather. Slept 6 couples with room to spare. Very clean and up to date! Close to so many places to eat and the beach!!

We had issued w/ the pool/hot tub. We were told how to work it, but it still didn't work. Finally at the end of the week someone looked at it & said "oh yes, the breaker is tripped that is why it doesn't work". They should have looked at it right away not keep getting phone calls from us. The stove top went out & when we called, they said it was the breaker, but when looked at, it was not the breaker. It was a faulty set up & not under code. We were told that if water gets under there, it would start a fire. Not good.There was also construction next door & the workers were there working by 7am w/ lots of noise. Plus they were working on the roof side by the house & was able to look in the bathroom windows. They also left nails & trash on our patio.For as new as the house is, these issues should not of happened, but all in all, it is a great location w/ amenities (when they work properly).
