Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Decorated in soothing designer colors with a coastal feel, the unit has 1 bedroom with comfortable king size bed, flat screen TVs and private bathrooms; a bunk bed in a hallway alcove; 2 bathrooms, and open concept full size kitchen with all new full size stainless steel appliances, dining area and living room with a sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps five. Plus, you'll have access to all of Waterscape Resort's fabulous amenities!
The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper and is a great place to entertain with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise and all the pools over a cup a coffee.
We've equipped the bathrooms with new fluffy white towels and high end eco-friendly toiletries, including lotion.
The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. In addition to a coffee maker, and toaster, the kitchen has all the basics you need to whip up family favorite recipes or a romantic dinner on the balcony.
The dining area has a large table with seating for five people. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the unit for your convenience.
Plus, you'll have access to all of Waterscape Resort's fabulous amenities that include multiple decks, with many water features, BBQ areas complete with gas decks around the pool, barbecue areas with gas grills, play area for children, fitness center, conference room adjacent to the courtyard, game room, waterfall, multiple pools, hot tubs, wading pool with water toys, lazy river water for drifting in the sun, dune walkover, 729 parking spaces and security monitors for public areas!

Love the property, amenities, safety, overall look & feel of property. Pros of the condo-like the decor, the size of it, good use of the space for the most part, open concept, king size bed in master room, other options for sleeping, washer & dryer were good, having the basic kitchen needs & TV's. Cons of the condo--floors were filthy. We bought a swiffer wet jet at Target, we mopped the floors ourselves. Emailed manager, he replied the cleaners came in and redid the floors. A bottle of pinesol was left on the counter. Walking in, the scent of pinesol wasn't in the air. Floors were not vacuumed & mopped under furniture. Refrigerator needs to be deep cleaned, kitchen cabinet is missing a decorative knob, pantry door is broken, couch is uncomfortable & warn out, dining table only had 4 chairs, mattress for master & bottom bunk bed are uncomfortable. Master room-knobs are missing on dressers, shower curtain is grose & needs to be replaced, shower drain does not drain very well, trash cans in both bathrooms are too small & need to be replaced. Toilets are a waste of money, b/c of plug in toilet I only had 1 plug I could use. Suggestion-put a vanity with counter space instead of the small pedestal sink with a type of night stand next to it. Need to clean the matress covers or replace it frequently. Master room cover had hair & other noticeable particles in it. You need to pay more attention to the details & the little things that add up. Definitely be back, not sure in this condo.
