This is a family resort. There are lots of families and lots of children. If you’re a couple looking for a quiet retreat, this might not be the place for you. The pool and beach are great. Waterscape complex is huge but this unit offers easy parking and access. We were wondering how busy this place will be after school is out for the summer. You can tell this is very popular with families. The pool is clean. There is even a Tiki Hut for drinks and food. The beach is beautiful. The ocean was crystal clear. A bonus is complimentary umbrella and 2 beach chairs for guests in B complex. We came from out of state so this was a deciding factor in my decision to book. The unit is clean but dated. The balcony overlooks the pool and there is a view of the ocean. The owner provides lots of information so you know exactly what to expect and what to do. This location is great. However, there is major highway construction near Waterscape but it is not an issue when getting to and from the complex.

Our trip to waterscape was great! The propriety was perfect for a kid friendly beach trip. Easy access to a great beach and lots of pools as well. Very kid friendly property and our unit was great for our family too. Our kids were thrilled with bunk beds and having TVs in bed as a special vacation treat. Everything was clean and as described and our host was highly communicative ahead of the trip. We had no issues for them to respond to during but know that he would have been. Overall a great time and recommend!
