About this apartment rental
With a 5th floor ocean view and complimentary beach service, A526 makes a great place for you to enjoy all that Waterscape and the beautiful Emerald Coast has to offer. Since this is an "A" unit 1 bedroom, the bunk area is its own separate area as opposed to the "B" units where the bunks are in the living room. Both flat screen TV's along with the master bed mattress were replaced at the end of 2023.
Beach service (1 umbrella and 2 chairs) is included in the price.

Great place and location. Unit was perfect size and very comfortable. Bedroom was comfortable with a larger screen TV, a private full bath tub/shower. It has an additional area for kids sleeping in a couple of bunk beds curtained off with a second bathroom with shower next to that. Lots of good amenities. The drip coffee maker forced us to use ground coffee instead of Kurig, which actually worked out better. Very family oriented. Covered parking is on the same level and very close to the unit with easy access. Elevator to the pool level is near the parking with additional ones toward the center and closer to the beach access and additional pools. This unit is closest to the kids pool and has some view of the gulf from the balcony which looks across the second pool. Owner was very accommodating and accessable for any issues. We would highly recommend this unit and will likely consider it for next year.

Amazing stay at waterscape for a second year. First time in this condo. Owner had great communication and instructions. Will hook this condo again if avalible!

Needs a little updated. TV in bedroom was older and the mattress was hard with impressions where people had slept. Other than that the unit meet our needs. The owners were easy to communicate with and let us know what was available there
