The Space:
A610 has been completely updated winter of 2017, all new furnishings including living room furniture, dining table, primary bedroom furniture, TVs, Blu-ray smart DVD player, balcony furniture, and new paint and tile floor throughout. This condo has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Offering an open floor plan that leads to a private balcony that overlooks a state of the art zero ground entry pool, lazy river and much more! Come and relax in the living room, new queen sofa bed and loveseat, TV and Blu-ray player. A610 offers a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There is plenty of space for dining with a large table. The primary suite has a king bed, TV, DVD player, and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a garden tub. The second primary suite offers a king bed, TV, DVD player and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a garden tub. Additional sleeping accommodations located in the bunk area which has a TV with a DVD player. Needing to do laundry Don't worry this home has a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. If

Everything about this unit and resort is fantastic. We will be back to this unit without a doubt. Beds are comfy, view is beautiful and the decor is inviting. Bring a hair dryer and you're own coffee filters, etc but I have no complaints. Check in was seamless and we got into our unit a little early. They also checked in on us throughout our stay. A610 at Waterscape will not disappoint.

Our family (2 adults, 4 kids) chose this property for our spring break trip & it was exactly what we were hoping for. Very clean & comfortable. Check in was super easy & property management was very responsive. Great location for beach time & close enough to easily drive in to attractions /Destin. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Great amenities at the resort with awesome pools; however, the unexpected cooler weather limited our use. Will definitely consider this condo for a return trip.
