The Space:
This wonderful unit has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. B504 is beautifully decorated in tropical blues and earthy brown tones throughout. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Beach service is included from March to October.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

This room was great! Clean and had easy chexk in and checking out. Elevator right outside room made it easy and fast to get to pool and beach. The property was clean and staff was friendly. The property had fun activities each day and night. The glow party and fireworks were our favorite. The pool was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again. Great price made it so easy to choose this room! No brainer!

It’s a great place and we had a wonderful time! The only bad thing was the burger at the Food Hut by the pool! THEY WERE BAD! I don’t think k it was beef!

We’ve been staying at waterscape for 10yrs. I’m so glad I found this unit. It’s the best view we have had of the beach. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed!
