Flowers Vacation Rentals is proud to offer Mirasol North, which is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that is part of the Mirasol property. This unit sleeps up to four people and can be rented by itself or with one or both of the other two units in the building in order to accommodate anywhere from 1-14 guests. Mirasol North has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a couch that folds out into a bed, a dual sink bathroom, and a laundry room with washer and drier. The property has beautiful landscaping, is steps from the beach and is within easy walking distance to many excellent restaurants and several grocery stores.

• Private porch with seating and hammock
• Shared with other units: pool, charcoal grill, and shaded outdoor seating (pool is only for Mirasol guests)

• Dual sink bathroom with doors to both the bedroom and the living room
• Laundry room with washer & drier, storage shelves and back door
• Air conditioning in bedroom and living room / kitchen
Parking notes: No parking available at the property. You can only reach the home by foot. If you do bring a car you can choose to park it either at the basketball court (3 min walk from the home) or by the pier of Placencia Village (5 min walk from the home)
Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.

Walking into this villa felt like home. Due to some last minute changes, I was to stay here by myself. I was concerned I might feel afraid. But the moment I walked in my heart smiled. It just feels like home. Zun was so pleasant welcoming me and was always prompt to respond to any questions. I did everything as I would at home here. I loved taking just steps to reach the ocean for sunrise every morning. I loved coffee on the deck as I listened and watched the beautiful birds. I loved making fresh meals in the fully equipped kitchen. I slept the best I have in months. I’m going to miss this quiet, peaceful place. It’s just the perfect place to find your peace. I am so grateful and will definitely be coming back.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and in a great location for the price. The pool was very nice, and cool after a hot day of touring. The wifi is weak, but seventeen.it is also very quiet condemn there is a popular bar just steps away.
Communication with the host was spot on, they even held a parking space for us!

Great location. Very close to the beach but no view. Close to all the restaurants etc. The property manager was very helpful. The woodwork on the building and deck really needs some attention. The kitchen is not well equipped. There a TV but no cable or any other connection. A surprise to us. Good AC, bed, shower and laundry. No shampoo etc.
