About this apartment rental
Flowers Vacation Rentals is proud to offer Mirasol South, which is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that is part of the Mirasol property. This unit sleeps up to four people and can be rented by itself or with one or both of the other two units in the building in order to accommodate anywhere from 1-14 guests (see VRBO #'s at the end of this description). Mirasol South has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a couch that folds out into a bed, a dual sink bathroom, and a laundry room with washer and drier. The property has beautiful landscaping, is steps from the beach and is within easy walking distance to many excellent restaurants and several grocery stores.

• Shared with other units: pool, charcoal grill, and shaded outdoor seating (pool is only for Mirasol guests)

• Dual sink bathroom with doors to both the bedroom and the living room
• Laundry room with washer and drier, storage shelves and back door
• Air conditioning in bedroom and living room
Parking notes: No parking available at the property. You can only reach the home by foot. If you do bring a car you can choose to park it either at the basketball court (3 min walk from the home) or by the pier of Placencia Village (5 min walk from the home)
Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.

We stayed for 7 nights and occupied both Mirasol North and South 1 bedroom apartment with another couple. Accommodation was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and AC worked exceptionally well and the grounds are pretty. We especially loved having a swimming pool in addition to a few steps to a beautiful beach. The location is only minutes to walk to good places to eat. We would book Mirasol again.

I stayed here for 3 nights and have nothing bad to say about this place. The location is perfect, very quiet yet close to everything. Extremely clean and cool with the ac units. Zun made check in easy and enjoyable and was extremely informative about the unit we stayed in as well as what we can find nearby. 1000/10 recommend!!

Great location just steps to the beach, and the Placencia sidewalk. They were very accommodating allowing us to check in early, even when we arrived an hour earlier than previously arranged. The pool was very refreshing.
