Modern downstairs apartment with private, quiet patios. Both patios have a beach view, although all the young palms which provide privacy also partially block the view. Very nicely appointed with everything we needed. It is at the far end of the sidewalk from the pier, so either be able to walk or rent a golf cart. The hosts reacted immediately to a minor issue with the air conditioner and sent a repairman who fixed it within an hour of our request. Very nice new accommodation .

Beautiful location and able to easily walk to coffee, food and drinks. Apartment was very clean and updated nicely. Ice maker in the kitchen added great convenience. Was a quiet and safe location. Highly recommend this for a getaway!

Excellent place to stay. One of the more nicely appointed places we've stayed. Right on the main sidewalk, easy access to the beach.

I have been coming to Placencia for 20 years, and I so wish I'd known about this beautiful property before now! It's so clean, pretty and perfectly stocked with everything you need - better than some of the huge, million dollar plus VRBO homes I've stayed in. It's also the perfect location! I will absolutely be staying here again and could not recommend it more highly.
