-The indoor hot tub, splashpad and grill area remain temporarily closed.
-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026. In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby.
SunDestin 1008 is a Gulf Front, 1BR/1.5BA condo in the heart of Destin. This beautiful 10th-floor condo has floor-to-ceiling beach views from the living room, kitchen, and balcony where you and your guest can Gaze across the endless gulf shoreline. The bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. Nestled away in a hallway, you will find twin over twin bunk beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
*There is parking for 1 vehicle at the SunDestin complex. Additional parking is available across the street.
SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated indoor), Splash pad for kids, exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

Condo was just as described and pictured! Everything we expected. The construction wasn't bothersome at all. It'll be great when it's all done! The beach service from LA Dolce Vita was amazing. We can't wait to visit again!

It was wonderful staying there very clean very friendly. Beach was fantastic other than the construction, which is not the property’s fault.

Parking not great over flow was across the high way in a dark parking lot, no lighting. no washer and dryer in condo and you have to pay totowels you have to pay to wash 5 a load. A lot of construction. Hot tub not hot. Ac unit in the balcony that was load and took up 1/3 of the balcony and was loud.
