Disappointed, heating was not working efficiently, it kept turning itself off, we were very cold, reported to the management company. They sent an electrician who was very helpful.
Blind broke in bedroom
Insufficient bulbs, so was swapping them around
No vent in sash window, causing a terrible draft
On arrival microwave was not working, reported to management company, sent out electrician
We have stayed at this apartment a few times over the Christmas period and have always been very happy. Very disappointed this time, just felt that lots of things were not up to the usual standard.
All the above problems were reported to Management.

This was our 2nd stay at Seascape a beautiful property with a beautiful view. There is a useful visitors book and a welcome pack of wine and biscuits. Great parking space just a short walk away. Brixham has some lovely restaurant some of our favourites being The Breakwater Bistro, Alberos and Rockfish.

Really enjoyed our visit, great views from the balcony, well equipped, clean apartment. Close to pubs, restaurants, shops, though stairs may be a challenge for some. Parking very useful, didn't use the car while we were there.
Bed was a little soft for our liking. A few cracks, paintwork could do with a touch up in places.
