The Space:
4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen beds and a twin size bed. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size bed on the bottom. The fourth bedroom also has an additional twin size bed.
Guest Access:
I will message you an access code for the front door on your arrival date.
The Neighborhood:
Best location in Garden City! Located at the very highest street in Harbor Pointe, directly across from the Bear Lake marina. This unique location provides panoramic views of the lake. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood where you often see deer and other wildlife frolicking in the yards and between the homes. Within minutes to the lake, the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and all the amenities of Garden City.
Getting Around:
There is parking available for the home, but we do share a large driveway with the cabin adjacent. Parking for this cabin can accommodate at least 4 vehicles. Might be a little tight to park a boat or trailer on the property as the driveway leading up to the cabin has a semi-steep incline. Neighborhood roads and driveway are plowed during winter months, however, 4wd vehicles strongly recommend during the winter, as the plowing schedule may be unreliable.
Interaction with Guests:
I live 2 hours from the property. I will almost always be available by text/phone/email. I prefer texting. There may be times I could be at or around the property as I am often there for management duties associated with the property.

Our family immensely enjoyed our stay at Bear Lake Lodge in Garden City, Utah. The view of Bear Lake from the house was gorgeous and serene. The home was beautiful, very clean and more than met our needs. It was so nice to walk in and not be concerned about any details because everything was taken care of. We appreciated the ease of working with Eden Properties from beginning to end. Our family enjoyed grilling out, playing foosball, playing pool, relaxing on the deck, watching a movie in the theater and close proximity to the lake and local activities. We had a great time! We weren't sure how the property could sleep so many people, but there are lots of mattresses, so everyone was able to get a bed. Overall, nice house, great location, gorgeous view.

Close to town. Beautiful property house is nice, our only problem was the bottom floor where the movie theater and pool table, was freezing cold on that flooor, there was 11 of us 4 were kids, they need more toilet paper supplied and laundry soap for the amout of people. The rest of the house was great. The house host was great with response and came to fix lights when I texted.
